Who we are
Since 1998 alongside the residents of Badalona
Promocat Immobiliària was founded in 1998. Since then we have been growing and consolidating within the real estate sector in the Badalona and Maresme area, until today we become the Society Promocat BDN Immobiliària SL, one of the most prestigious, most recognized and recommended real estate agencies within our area of operation. And all of this has been possible thanks to the efforts of a great professional team, rigorous and responsible work, and the trust and loyalty of all our clients.
More than 25 years later, we are still here. We have seen Badalona grow, we have accompanied generations of families to buy their first apartment, to sell the one they have always had or to find a secure rental. And we continue to do it with the same enthusiasm and the same commitment.
